It has a bedroom with a double bed and a wonderful loft/bedroom with 2 single beds.
Large living room with open kitchen fully equipped and with dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, tv and wifi.
Dine in the comfortable indoor dining room or on the terrace overlooking the garden.

In a quiet neighborhood even in summer, with parking spaces outside the house and a mini market 100m away.

Relax on the sun loungers of a beach bar or swim in the enchanting waters in front of the pristine pine forest. Go jogging, hiking and cycling in the forest, windsurfing, canoeing, diving and horseback riding on the beach.
The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood with small detached houses. In very close proximity there is the Olympic rowing stadium and of course the beautiful forest for walking, running and cycling.
The historic center of Athens is 50 minutes away and the port of Rafina from where boats depart for the Cyclades is only 27 minutes (18.8 km). There are also many other beautiful nearby destinations for excursions by car,
In the area there are restaurants, bars and shops in close proximity and many attractions such as the Tomb of the Athenian Marathoners, the Archaeological Museum of Marathon, the Museum and the start of the Marathon race. At 100 meters there is a mini market, cafe and souvlaki and at 400 meters, many beach bars and restaurants with sea views.
